At Miyamajinja Shrine located near the summit of Misen, three red branch shrine halls are lined up inside the precincts to enshrine three deities, i.e., “Ichikishima-himenomikoto,” “Tagori-himenomikoto,”and “Tagitsu-himenomikoto,” in the same manner as the main shrine of Itsukushima.

In former days, Sankido Hall was located at the site of present Miyamajinja Shrine, but in Meiji Period replaced with Miyamajinja Shrine. |

A gigantic rock located on the south side down below Misenhondo Hall. Sanskrit characters are engraved with inscription of kanji 「三世諸仏天照大神宮八幡三所三千七百余神...」 They say these are Kobo Daishi's handwriting.
It is one of the Misen's seven wonders.
